We offer free standard shipping across India on eligible orders. Any exceptions (e.g., heavy/oversized items or remote locations) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Shipping time: After processing, delivery typically takes ~2–3 business days.
Timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. The best available estimate appears at checkout and in your confirmation email.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
We ship within India only. Some addresses (e.g., certain remote or restricted areas, PO boxes) may require alternate arrangements or may be undeliverable. If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
Delays: We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve delays where possible.
Lost or damaged packages: Email support@ekantaandco.com within 48 hours of delivery/receipt with your order number, photos of the packaging/item, and tracking details. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping fees. If you need to correct an address, email support@ekantaandco.com immediately—changes may not be possible after processing/dispatch.
For security, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If applicable, we’ll note this in your shipping email.
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking details for any split shipments.
