    1) Cancellation Window — 2 Hours

    • You can cancel your order at no cost within 2 hours of placing it or any time before the Dispatch Confirmation email is sent—whichever is earlier.

    • In multi-item orders, you may cancel one or more items without cancelling the entire order (subject to promo rules in §6).

    How to cancel:
    Email support@ekantaandco.com with your Order Number, item(s) to cancel, and reason. If the order is still within the 2-hour window or not yet dispatched, we’ll confirm the cancellation.

    Once the 2-hour period has passed or the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent, cancellations are no longer possible. After delivery, you may request a return under our Refund & Returns Policy (7 days).

    2) Custom/Personalised Orders

    Custom or personalised items may enter production shortly after the order is placed. We’ll try to honour cancellation requests within 2 hours, but if production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, these items are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects (see Returns Policy).

    3) Refunds After Cancellation

    • Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

    • Cash on delivery (COD): Refunds (for eligible cancellations) are issued via bank transfer after you provide valid details.

    • Gift cards/store credit: Amounts paid using a gift card or store credit are re-credited to the same instrument.

    • Mixed payments: Refunds are prorated to each payment method used.

    • If you cancel within the 2-hour window/before dispatch, any shipping fees paid are also refunded.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank/card to post the credit (timelines may vary by provider).

    4) Partial Cancellations in Multi-Item Orders

    You can cancel select items from a multi-item order within the 2-hour window. If partial cancellation causes the order to no longer meet a promo threshold (e.g., minimum spend), the order total will be recalculated, and the discount may be removed or revised for the remaining items.

    5) After the Cancellation Window

    If you missed the 2-hour window or your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy (7-day window for eligible, unused items in original condition).

    6) Promotions, Free Gifts & Coupon Codes

    • Free gifts/bundles are treated as discounts. If you cancel part of an order that included a free gift or bundle discount, the order may no longer qualify; the remaining items will be repriced accordingly.

    • For returns involving order-wide codes such as FLAT02, FLAT05, FLAT10, FLAT15, FLAT20, all items tied to the offer must be returned together for the return to be accepted and the refund to be processed correctly (see Returns Policy).

    • Upon cancellation/return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card value is credited back to the gift card.

    7) Order Changes (Address/Contact)

    If you need to correct your address or contact details, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of placing the order). We’ll make best efforts, but changes may not be possible after processing/dispatch.
