At Ekanta & Co., we craft and curate premium jewelry with exceptional care. We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and how refunds are processed.

1) Return Window (7 Days)

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email support@ekantaandco.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging (including security tags/certificates)

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.

2) Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return/refund, all of the following must be true:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Original tags, labels, seals, and certificates (e.g., IGI/GIA/BIS where applicable) are intact and included.

  • Item is returned in its original packaging (box, pouches, inserts) with the original invoice.

  • No signs of alteration, resizing, polishing, or third-party repairs.

  • Serial numbers or hallmarking (if any) are unaltered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalized / made-to-order designs

  • Engraved items

  • Final-sale / clearance items (marked as such at checkout)

  • Earrings and body-piercing jewelry (for hygiene and safety)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or third-party handling

4) Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage (Report within 48 Hours)

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ekantaandco.com.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer/inner packaging

After verification, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

5) Return Process

  1. Request approval: Contact us within the applicable window (7 days for standard returns; 48 hours for defects/damage).

  2. Receive RMA & instructions: We’ll share a return authorization (RMA) and the return address.

  3. Pack securely: Use original packaging, include all documents/certificates, and protect the item for transit.

  4. Ship back:

    • If return is due to defect/transit damage (approved): we’ll arrange/cover return shipping or reimburse reasonable prepaid shipping (share the receipt).

    • For change-of-mind/fit returns: return shipping, insurance, duties/taxes are paid by the customer.

  5. Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days of receipt.

  6. Decision: If everything is correct, the return will be approved and refunded.

6) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank/card to post the credit.

  • Shipping fees, insurance, gift wrap, duties/taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (verified defect/incorrect item/transit damage).

  • If certificates, accessories, or packaging are missing/damaged, a replacement fee may be deducted, or the return may be declined.

7) Exchanges & Resizing

  • Exchanges: Treated like a return + new order. Request a return within 7 days and place a new order for the preferred item/size.

  • Resizing/Alterations: Where offered, resizing is a paid service and renders the item non-returnable.

8) Orders Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed

Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed may incur two-way shipping and re-stocking/administrative fees. Duties/taxes collected by customs are non-refundable through us (claim with your local authority where applicable).

9) Our Commitment

We encourage you to double-check size, design, and specifications before checkout. Our team is happy to assist with sizing and product questions to help you decide confidently.
