Prizes/gifts/giveaways are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Third-party offers (including card-network/partner offers) are subject to the third party’s terms; the third party is solely responsible for its goods/services. Any dispute relating to such offers must be taken up directly with the applicable third party.
Where a free gift or bundled offer is provided, it is treated as a discount. In the event of partial returns or cancellations, any refund will exclude the value attributed to such free gift/discount, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout (subject to the carrier’s terms). Certain collections or items may be available for shipment within India only due to brand, licensing, or logistical restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipping is restricted or unavailable.
As per Government of India guidelines, customers must provide Permanent Account Number (PAN) details for all purchases above INR 2,00,000. We may request additional KYC documentation to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
